With full-service event catering & banquet services, the fully enclosed, air-conditioned indoor banquet space has large panoramic windows allowing for natural light and breathtaking views of the Mines Golf Club below. The facility also features two outdoor ceremony sites.

Q: What is the off-season reception rental?

We have different pricing for Friday & Saturday 2026 weddings from January through March, November & December!
Friday Reception Rentals (JAN 2 - APR 3 & NOV 6 - DEC 18, 2026)

$300 reception rental for up to 50 guests
Add our private dining room space for cocktail hour - $150 (up to 50 guests only)
Add indoor ceremony setup - $200 (up to 50 guests only)
$500 reception rental for up to 100 guests
$1,250 for over 100 guests
Saturday Reception Rentals (JAN 3 - APR 4 & NOV 7-DEC 19, 2026)
$400 reception rental for up to 50 guests

Q: What is the peak season reception rental?

We have pricing for Sunday-Thursday weddings, Friday weddings, or Saturday weddings!
Sunday through Thursday Reception Rental (April 5 - October 29, 2026): $1,250

Friday Reception Rental (April 10 - October 30, 2026): $2,500

Q: Can we bring in outside dessert?

Yes! Outside dessert can be brought in for a $2 per person outside dessert fee from a licensed & certified dessert vendor. All other food & beverages are through Gypsum!

Q: How many guests can the space hold?

The reception room can hold up to 250 guests. We recommend closer to 220 guests for weddings!
