Gypsum Grill & Event Center offers unrivaled events at an affordable price.

With full service event catering and banquet services. The facility features a ceremony site to accommodate for all size events. The fully enclosed, air-conditioned indoor banquet space accommodates up to 250 guests. With large panoramic windows allowing for natural light and breathtaking views of the golf course below.

We have different pricing for Friday & Saturday 2026 weddings from January through March, November & December!
Friday Reception Rentals (JAN 2 - APR 3 & NOV 6-Dec 18, 2026)

$300 reception rental for up to 50 guests
Add our private dining room space for cocktail hour - $150 (up to 50 guests only)
Add indoor ceremony setup - $200 (up to 50 guests only)
$500 reception rental for up to 100 guests
$1,250 for over 100 guests
Saturday Reception Rentals (JAN 3 - APR 4 & NOV 7-DEC 19, 2026)
$400 reception rental for up to 50 guests

Yes! Outside dessert can be brought in for a $2 per person outside dessert fee from a licensed & certified dessert vendor. All other food & beverages are through Gypsum!

The reception room can hold up to 250 guests. We recommend closer to 220 guests for weddings!
